Hadley first met Scott while working on a school project with him. She quickly develops a crush on him, but he doesn't return the feelings.
Season 2[]
In It's Time (1), they work on a project in Mr. Townsend's class. When Hadley is at his house and Scott's father leaves, and Hadley tells Scott about how she used to have a bubbly, happy personality. Scott tells her that she's special and he believes that she can help find her way and this leads to them kissing. The next day at school, Scott tells Hadley he thinks she's sweet and super cute, but he is not interested in her because he's busy with sports.
In It's Time (2), Scott is shocked at Hadley's decision to join the Power Squad, but is unable to make it due to not going to his wreslting practice that day. When Hadley and Dakota approach him after, he is happy for her, but isn't reciprocating the same feelings for Jenna. When she says that most of it was for him, he says that he just said that to let her down and that he just doesn't want to be with her, and that he doesn't want too be tied down. Hadley gets upset and Dakota tells him to leave. At an after school group counseling meeting he watches Hadley speak and looks regretfully when she talks about how she went crazy for a boy who played her.
